March 4th, 2025
About the Call:
Did you know your brain can’t tell the difference between real and fake laughter? This means you can “hack” your happiness and rewire your brain for the better through neuroplasticity! Join us for an engaging talk on the powerful science of laughter and how it benefits both your brain and body.
We’ll explore laughter yoga, a unique practice that combines deep breathing, body movements, and playful affirmations to shift your mindset. You’ll learn how this practice can improve heart health, reduce stress, and ease symptoms of depression, anxiety, Parkinson’s, and even Alzheimer’s. Laughter triggers the release of feel-good chemicals while improving mind-body connection, and it’s all fun and easy to do!
Discover how laughter helps reduce tension, foster joy, and promote resilience. Sessions even end with positive affirmations to restore balance and leave you feeling refreshed. Walk away inspired to laugh more, stress less, and use simple tools to bring more happiness into your life.
